Male dogs known to mark will wear male wraps while indoors for sanitation purposes. There will be a $3 charge per disposable wrap used or you can supply your own.
In order to maintain a safe capacity, we require reservations for all services. There are three ways to request a reservation:

Reservations are requested and must be approved prior to drop-off
Deposits are non-refundable for holidays, school breaks, & training.
Cancellation Fee of $50 will apply if less than 48hrs notice is provided for grooming and training.
We accept Cash, *Card, Check, or Zelle *There is a 3% Card Fee on all Cards on File or 2.75% if you present the card at check out (Zelle Payments are FREE and can be made to DOGVILLE37211@GMAIL.COM
*Boarding during major holidays and spring/fall breaks will need a 50% non refundable deposit required to guarantee your spot. If no deposit is given, your spot WILL be moved to the waitlist. *On all major holidays there will be a $10 increase for boarding but only on actual holiday day per dog. *All daycare reservations will be waitlisted during holidays/school breaks
