All food must be packaged in a gallon zip lock bag or smaller or there will be a $50 storage fee per oversized container. Please make sure to send at least 2 days extra just in case your plans change. Food provided by us is $2.50 per meal!
Any males that mark their territory will need to have disposable diapers brought or there will be a $3 charge for each diaper used. This helps sanitation.
You MUST have a reservation in the system. If you have trouble with the app you can always give us a call or email during business hours and we can get reservations in for you. This helps with overbooking.
On all major holidays there will be a $10 increase for boarding but only on that holiday per dog.
For grooming cancellations made after a 48 hrs period, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the car on file.
For holiday stays, a cancellation made 48hrs prior to the boarding date will result in a charge of 1/2 of the boarding stay.
Any female dog that is unifxed will not be accepted on their cycle. If they start their cycle while they are with us, they will need to be picked up immediately. If unable to be picked up, a $165/day fee will be applied.
Venmo or Cashapp will NO LONGER be accepted. All payments will have to be either credit card (all credit cards are accepted), cash, check, zelle. We will ask for all accounts to have a credit card in file since payments are due upon pick up. NO EXECPTIONS. There will be a 2.75% fee on all credit cards swiped and 3% on all credit cards saved on file. To avoid any fees you can use cash, check, and zelle. Please zelle to dogville37211@gmail.com.
There will now be daycare and boarding packages so pre payments are available. For all holidays we are no requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit.
